Installation and strike · New York

We put it in, and we take it out

We install what we build, and we take it down when the show, the season or the run is over. We can also install and strike pieces built somewhere else.

Our drawing: A venue plan with the route from loading dock to install area.

What it covers

  • Load-in and set
  • Leveling, fixing and touch-up on site
  • Installs outside opening hours
  • Strike and removal
  • Packing for the next venue
  • Site protection and clean-up

What we plan for

  • The venue's access windows
  • Freight elevator and loading dock bookings
  • Floor and wall protection
  • House or union crew rules where they apply
  • Waste removal at strike

How the job runs

  1. 01

    Drawings in

Send the build drawings or a list of pieces, the site address and the venue's rules for contractors.

  2. 02

    Costed plan

We plan crew, trucks and timing around the venue's access windows.

  3. 03

    Install plan

You approve the install plan and schedule before anyone arrives on site.

  4. 04

    Prep

Pieces are prepped, labeled and packed in the order they go in.

  5. 05

    Install and strike

We install and hand over, then come back for strike and leave the space the way we found it.
